▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
And for him who fears to stand before his Lord are two gardens. 46 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 47 (Gardens) with many branches. 48 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 49 In them (both) will be two springs flowing (free) 50 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 51 In them (both) will be every kind of fruit in pairs. 52 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 53 They will recline on Carpets, whose inner linings will be of rich brocade: the Fruit of the Gardens will be near (and easy of reach). 54 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 55 Wherein both will be those (maidens) restraining their glances upon their husbands, whom no man or jinn yatmithhunna (has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse) before them. 56 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 57 who are as beautiful as rubies and pearls. 58 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 59 Could the reward of good be aught but good? 60 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 61 Besides this, there will be two other gardens. 62 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 63 Both inclining to blackness. 64 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 65 Therein are two gushing fountains of water. 66 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 67 In both of them will be [all kinds of] fruit, and date-palms and pomegranates. 68 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 69 There will be well-disciplined, beautiful maidens. 70 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 71 Fair ones, confined in tents. 72 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 73 Man has not touched them before them nor jinni. 74 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and fine carpets. 76 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 77 Blest be the name of thine Lord, Owner Of Majesty and Beneficence! 78

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
