▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ Furthermore I call to witness the setting of the Stars,- 75 (and that is indeed a mighty oath, did you but know it) 76 That (this) is indeed a noble Qur'an 77 In Book well-guarded, 78 which none can touch except the purified. 79 A revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Is it such a talk (this Quran) that you (disbelievers) deny? 81 You live by calling it a lie. 82 Why can you not help a soul dying 83 And you are at that time looking on - 84 And We are nearer to him than you are, but you cannot see. 85 Then why do you not, if you are exempt from the reckoning and recompense (punishment, etc.) 86 do you not bring back his soul, if you speak truly? 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 (There is for him) Rest and Satisfaction, and a Garden of Delights. 89 And if he is one of the People on the Right, 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 And if he is from the deniers, the astray, – 92 its dwelling will be boiling water 93 and a roasting in Hell. 94 Verily this! this is the very truth. 95 So celebrate with praises the name of thy Lord, the Supreme. 96
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
