Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah)
52 verses, revealed in Mecca after Kingship (Al-Mulk) before The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ The Resurrection Verifier; 1 What is the concrete reality? 2 And what can make you know what is the Inevitable Reality? 3 The tribes of Thamud and A’ad denied the event of great dismay. (The Day of Resurrection) 4 Thamood, they were destroyed by the violent shout (of Gabriel), 5 And as for A’ad, they were destroyed by a severe thundering windstorm. 6 Which He sent to assail them for seven nights and eight days running. You should have seen the people prostrate like the decayed trunks of date-palm trees. 7 Canst thou (O Muhammad) see any remnant of them? 8 Pharaoh and those before him and the people of the overturned habitations all engaged in the same great sin. 9 They disobeyed the Messenger of their Lord and He seized them with torment which increased with time. 10 And when the waters rose (high) We carried you in the sailing (Ark), 11 making it a Reminder for you, for all attentive ears to retain. 12 When a single blast is blown on the trumpet, 13 And the earth with the mountains shall be lifted up and crushed with one crash, 14 on that Day, the Event occurs. 15 And the heaven will split [open], for that Day it is infirm. 16 And the angels will be on the sides thereof, and eight will uphold the Throne of thy Lord that day, above them. 17 On that day ye will be exposed; not a secret of you will be hidden. 18 Then he who is given his record in his right hand will exclaim, "Here is my record, read it. 19 Verily I was sure that I would be handed over my account.” 20 So he will be in a pleasant life - 21 in a lofty Garden, 22 The fruits of which are near at hand: 23 Such people will be told, "Eat and drink with pleasure as the reward for what you did in the past". 24 As for him whose Record will be given to him in his left hand, he will exclaim: “Would that I had never been given my Record, 25 "And that I had never realised how my account (stood)! 26 I wish my death had been the decisive one. 27 My wealth has not helped me a thing 28 my authority is gone from me.' 29 Lay hold on him, then put a chain on him, 30 and then roast him in Hell, 31 "Then fasten him with a chain whereof the length is seventy cubits!" 32 "This was he that would not believe in Allah Most High. 33 and did not feel any urge to feed the needy: 34 That is why he has no friend today, 35 nor any food except foul pus 36 which only the sinners eat". 37

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
