Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay! I swear by all that ye see 38 and by what you do not see, 39 most surely, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 40 It is not the speech of a poet little do you believe 41 Nor diviner's speech - little is it that ye remember! 42 [it is] a revelation from the Sustainer of all the worlds. 43 And if he had invented false sayings concerning Us, 44 We would have definitely taken revenge from him. 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein. 46 And not one of you could have withheld Us from him. 47 And verily it is an admonition unto the God-fearing. 48 And verily, We know that there are some among you that belie (this Quran). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 29, Page 68] 49 And lo! it is indeed an anguish for the disbelievers. 50 And indeed it is a certain Truth. 51 So glorify your Lord, the most supreme. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
