I swear by that which ye see. 38 as well as all that you cannot see! 39 Behold, this [Qur'an] is indeed the [inspired] word of a noble apostle, 40 It is not the word of a poet: little it is ye believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer -- how little you reflect! 42 It has been revealed by the Lord of the Universe. 43 And if he had forged concerning us some discourses. 44 We would have seized him by his right hand, 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein. 46 And not one of you would have been able to stop (Us). 47 And indeed this Qur’an is an advice for the pious. 48 And verily We! We know that some among you are beliers thereof. 49 And indeed it is a despair for the disbelievers. 50 And lo! it is absolute truth. 51 So glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52
