But what is the matter with those who deny the truth, that they come hastening towards you 36 [coming upon thee] from the right and from the left, in crowds? 37 What, is every man of them eager to be admitted to a Garden of Bliss? 38 Certainly not! They know quite well out of what We created them. 39 So I swear by the Lord of the Easts and the Wests that We are certainly able 40 to replace them by others who would be better than they; and We shall certainly not be overpowered. 41 So leave them to plunge in vain talk and play about, until they meet their Day which they are promised. 42 The day when they come forth from the graves in haste, as racing to a goal, 43 Their eyes cast down; disgrace shall overtake them; that is the day which they were threatened with. 44
