By no means! By the moon, 32 And by the night when it withdraws, 33 And the daybreak when it shines; 34 Surely it (hell) is one of the gravest (misfortunes), 35 A warning for people -- 36 Unto him of you who will advance or hang back. 37 Every soul, for what it has earned, will be retained 38 except those of the right hand 39 In Gardens (Paradise) they will ask one another, 40 Concerning the culprits: 41 'What caused you to be thrust into the Scorching (Fire)' 42 They will reply, "We did not pray, 43 we fed not the needy, 44 we indulged in vain arguments along with those who indulged in them; 45 And we used to deny the Day of Recompense 46 "Until there came to us (the Hour) that is certain." 47 So no intercession will avail them. 48 Why now turn they away from the Admonishment, 49 like frightened donkeys 50 Fleeing away from a lion. 51 Nay, but everyone of them desireth that he should be given open pages (from Allah). 52 No! But they do not fear the Hereafter. 53 There is no doubt that the Quran is a guide. 54 Let anyone who seeks guidance do so. 55 But they will not benefit from it unless Allah Himself so wills. He is worthy to be feared; and He is worthy to forgive (those that fear Him). 56
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
