No, by the moon! 32 And by oath of the night when it turns back. 33 By the dawn when it lightens! 34 hell is certainly the greatest calamity. 35 A warning to mankind, 36 To whoever wills among you to proceed or stay behind. 37 Every soul will be (held) in pledge for its deeds. 38 save the People of the Right Hand 39 In gardens, they shall ask each other 40 About Al-Mujrimun (polytheists, criminals, disbelievers, etc.), (And they will say to them): 41 "What was it that brought you to Hell?" 42 They will say: we have not been of those who prayed. 43 Nor did we feed the wretched. 44 and we indulged in vain talk with those who indulged in vain talk, 45 And we have been belying the Day of Requital. 46 until the inevitable event overtook us.” 47 So the intercession of intercessors shall not avail them. 48 Why then do they turn away from the admonition 49 As though they were asses startled. 50 Fleeing from a lion? 51 Nay; every one of them desires that he may be given pages spread out; 52 No indeed; but they do not fear the Hereafter. 53 There is no doubt that the Quran is a guide. 54 Let any who will, keep it in remembrance! 55 And they will not heed unless Allah willeth (it). He is the fount of fear. He is the fount of Mercy. 56
