In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the winds sent forth with beneficence. 1 And by the winds that blow violently, 2 and raise (clouds) and scatter them around, 3 separating one from another, 4 and those hurling a reminder 5 excusing or warning, 6 Surely what you are promised shall come to pass. 7 When the stars shall be extinguished, 8 when heaven shall be split 9 and the mountains are blown away, 10 and when the Messengers' time is set, 11 to what day shall they be delayed? 12 For the Day of Distinction [between the true and the false]! 13 And what will explain to you what is the Day of sorting out? 14 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 15 Did We not destroy the ancient people 16 Then did We follow them up with later ones. 17 In this wise We do with the culprits. 18 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 19 Did We not create you from an abject fluid? 20 Then We lodged you in a secure place (the womb) 21 for an appointed term? 22 Thus have We determined [the nature of man's creation]: and excellent indeed is Our power to determine [what is to be]! 23 On that day, woe would be upon those who have rejected the revelations of God! 24 Did We not make the earth a storehouse? 25 Of the living and the dead? 26 and did We not firmly fix towering mountains on it and give you sweet water to drink? 27 On that Day (of Judgment) woe would be upon those who have rejected God's revelations! 28 (It will be said to the disbelievers): "Depart you to that which you used to deny! 29 Proceed to that shadow, rising in three columns 30 "Neither shading, nor of any use against the fierce flame of the Fire." 31 The fire will shoot out sparks as big as huge towers 32 "As if there were (a string of) yellow camels (marching swiftly)." 33 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 34 That will be a Day when they shall not speak (during some part of it), 35 Nor will it be open to them to put forth pleas. 36 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 37 This is the day of decision: We have gathered you and those of yore. 38 If you are cunning, then try your cunning against Me! 39 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
