Are you more difficult to create, or is the heaven that He constructed? 27 He raised the height thereof and ordered it; 28 Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out (with light). 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 And the mountains He has fixed firmly; 32 [all this] as a means of sustenance for you and your animals? 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 The Day when man shall remember what he strove for, 35 And Hell made visible to him who can see, 36 Then, for such as had transgressed all bounds, 37 And preferred the worldly life, 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 but one who fears to stand before his Lord and restrained himself from base desires, 40 shall dwell in Paradise. 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 You have no knowledge to say anything about it, 43 Unto thy Lord is the final end of it. 44 Thou art only the warner of him who fears it. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46
