Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 high above? 28 And He made dark the night thereof, and He brought forth the morn thereof. 29 and the earth which He spread out, 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 and firmly fixed in it mountains; 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - 34 The day on which man shall recollect what he strove after, 35 And the hell shall be made manifest to him who sees 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 And who chose the life of the world, 38 Verily the Scorch! that shall be his resort. 39 But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust, 40 most surely his abode shall be Paradise. 41 The disbelievers ask you regarding the Last Day, as to when is its appointed time. 42 what have you to do with the mentioning of it? 43 To your Lord belongs (the knowledge of) the term thereof? 44 You are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 It shall be as if; on the day they see it, they have but tarried for an evening, or its forenoon. 46
