Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it, 28 and darkened its night and brought forth its morning. 29 and the earth-after that He spread it out, 30 and has caused its waters to come out of it, and its pastures, 31 And the mountains He set firmly 32 In order to benefit you and your cattle. 33 So when the greatest universal disaster arrives, 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 then he who transgressed 37 And chose the life of the world, 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 Their abode will be the Garden. 41 They question thee of the Hour: when will its arrival be? 42 In what [position] are you that you should mention it? 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 Thou art only the warner of him who fears it. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
