Are you more difficult to create or the heavens? He built it, 27 He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it, 28 And He made dark its night and brought out its light. 29 And after it spread out the earth. 30 And he brought forth therefrom its water, and its pasture. 31 And stabilized the mountains 32 For use and convenience to you and your cattle. 33 But when the great disaster cometh, 34 The day when man will call to mind his (whole) endeavour, 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 Those who have rebelled 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 But as for him who feared the Station of his Lord and forbade the soul its caprice, 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 But how are you to know? 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 you are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the day when they behold it, it will be as if they had but tarried for an evening or the morn thereof. 46
