Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat) before The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the sky is split, 1 when the stars are scattered, 2 the oceans are merged together, 3 and when graves are laid open, 4 A soul will [then] know what it has put forth and kept back. 5 O man! what hath beguiled thee concerning thy Lord, the Bountiful, 6 The One Who created you, then moulded you, then made you proper? 7 Into whatsoever form He will, He casteth thee. 8 Rather, you belied the Recompense. 9 But verily, over you (are appointed angels in charge of mankind) to watch you. 10 Generous and recording, 11 They know whatsoever ye do. 12 The pious will surely be in heaven, 13 But the wicked, indeed they shall be in the Fiery Furnace, 14 They shall enter it on the day of judgment. 15 And will not be absent thence. 16 And what do you know of what sort is the Day of Justice! 17 Again, what will make you know what the Day of Recompense is? 18 The day on which no soul shall control anything for (another) soul; and the command on that day shall be entirely Allah's. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
