Did you not see that We sent devils upon the disbelievers, so they excite them abundantly? 83 So make no haste against them; We only count out to them a (limited) number (of the days of the life of this world and delay their term so that they may increase in evil and sins). 84 The Day will surely come when We shall gather the God-fearing like [honoured] guests before the Compassionate God 85 and drive the evildoers into Gehenna herding, 86 People do not own the right to intercede, except those* who have made a covenant with the Most Gracious. (* The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 87 And they say: 'The Merciful has taken a son' 88 Assuredly ye utter a disastrous thing 89 The heavens are wellnigh rent of it and the earth split asunder, and the mountains wellnigh fall down crashing for 90 That men should ascribe a son to the Most Gracious, 91 And it is not worthy of the Beneficent Allah that He should take (to Himself) a son. 92 All that is in the heavens and the earth will return to the Beneficent God as His submissive servants. 93 He does take an account of them (all), and hath numbered them (all) exactly. 94 Every one of them will come before Him all alone on the Day of Resurrection. 95 Indeed, the Most Compassionate Lord will soon create enduring love for those who believe and do righteous works. 96 So We have made this (the Quran) easy in your own tongue (O Muhammad SAW), only that you may give glad tidings to the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2), and warn with it the Ludda (most quarrelsome) people. 97 And many a generation We did destroy before them; do you see any one of them or hear their faintest sound? 98
