Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ When the heaven shall be cleft, 1 When the Stars are scattered; 2 And when the seas are made to flow forth, 3 And the sepulchres are overturned, 4 every human being will [at last] comprehend, what he has sent ahead and what he has held back [in this world]. 5 O man, what seduced you from your munificent Lord 6 Who created thee, then fashioned, then proportioned thee? 7 having put thee together in whatever form He willed [thee to have]? 8 Nay, [O men,] but you [are lured away from God whenever you are tempted to] give the lie to [God's] Judgment! 9 And indeed there are some guardians over you. 10 Honourablel scribes. 11 and these honorable scribes know whatever you do. 12 Indeed the virtuous are in serenity. 13 And the Wicked - they will be in the Fire, 14 Roasted they shall be therein on the Day of Requital. 15 And they will not be able to keep away therefrom. 16 What will make you realize what the Day of Judgement will be? 17 How then can you comprehend what the Day of Judgement is? 18 The day on which no soul will have the authority over any other soul; and on that day, the entire command belongs to Allah. 19
