The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
By oath of the heaven which contains the constellations. 1 And [by] the promised Day 2 and [of] Him who witnesses [all,] and [of] that unto which witness is borne [by Him]! 3 That accursed are the men of the trench 4 the fire abounding in fuel, 5 When they sat by it (fire), 6 And they witnessed what they were doing against the believers (i.e. burning them). 7 whom they hated for no other reason than that they believed in God, the Almighty, the Praiseworthy, 8 to whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. God is witness over all things. 9 Those who persecute the believing men and believing women, and then do not repent, will surely suffer the punishment of Hell, and the torment of burning. 10 As for those who believed and acted righteously, theirs shall be Gardens beneath which rivers flow. That is the great triumph. 11 Surely the might of your Lord is great. 12 It is He Who creates from the very beginning, and He can restore (life). 13 And He is the Forgiving, the Loving, 14 Master of the Honourable Throne. 15 a sovereign doer of whatever He wills. 16 Hath there come unto thee the story of the hosts 17 of Pharaoh and of Thamood? 18 And yet, they who are bent on denying the truth persist in giving it the lie: 19 And Allah, all unseen, surroundeth them. 20 It is indeed a glorious Quran, 21 (Preserved) on the guarded tablet. 22
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
