Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ Magnify the Name of thy Lord the Most High 1 Who created and proportioned 2 who determines the nature [of all that exists], and guided it accordingly; 3 And Who brings out the pasturage, 4 Then turneth it to russet stubble. 5 By degrees shall We teach thee to declare (the Message), so thou shalt not forget, 6 Except what Allah wills; indeed He knows all the evident and all the concealed. 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder benefits, 9 He who fears will mind, 10 But it will be avoided by those most unfortunate ones, 11 he who [in the life to come] shall have to endure the great fire 12 Wherein he will neither die (to be in rest) nor live (a good living). 13 Prosperous is he who has cleansed himself, 14 And who remembereth the name of his Lord, and then prayeth. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This, indeed, was in the ancient Scrolls, 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
