The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
WOE unto every slanderer, fault-finder! 1 Who amasses wealth and considers it a provision (against mishap); 2 Thinking that his wealth would make him last for ever! 3 No! He will surely be thrown into the Crusher. 4 And what do you know what the Crusher is? 5 The fire of Allah, that is ablaze. 6 Which will climb on to the hearts. 7 Verily it will close in upon them, 8 In pillars stretched forth. 9
