Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not lifted up your heart, 1 And removed from you your burden, 2 that had weighed so heavily on thy back? 3 And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 verily, with every hardship comes ease! 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 And to your Lord (Alone) turn (all your intentions and hopes and) your invocations. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
