Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded your chest for you (Prophet Muhammad), 1 and relieve you of the burden 2 Which weighed down thy back; 3 And [have We not] raised thee high in dignity? 4 So indeed with hardship is ease. 5 Verily, with every difficulty there is relief. 6 When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God) 7 And strive to please thy Lord. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
