Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

۞ Did We not widen your bosom? 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 Which had left you devoid of hope, 3 And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? 4 But lo! with hardship goeth ease, 5 Indeed with hardship is ease. 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 And to your Lord (Alone) turn (all your intentions and hopes and) your invocations. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
