Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Did We not widen your bosom? 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 that weighed so heavily on your back, and 3 have We not given you high renown? 4 So, surely with every hardship there is ease; 5 Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 And strive to please thy Lord. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
