The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When the earth is shaken by a terrible quake 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 On that day earth will narrate its news, 4 Because thy Lord inspireth her. 5 On that Day people will come forward in separate groups to be shown their deeds: 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 and whoever does an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
