The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

By the snorting chargers, 1 then raise sparks of fire (by their hoofs), 2 then raid by the dawn, 3 Then, therewith, with their trail of dust, 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 Verily man is most ungrateful to his Lord; 6 He himself knows this very well. 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Does he not know,- when that which is in the graves is scattered abroad 9 And that which is (locked up) in (human) breasts is made manifest- 10 Surely on that Day will their Lord be fully informed about them. 11
