The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

By the snorting courses, 1 Striking stones with their hooves, sparking fire. 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn, 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 Then penetrate to the centre of the enemy army. 5 Verily man is unto his Lord ungrateful. 6 He himself knows this very well. 7 And indeed he loves wealth to the extreme. 8 ۞ Does he not know when the contents of the graves are laid bare 9 and the secrets of the hearts are laid bare (and examined)? 10 that on that Day their Sustainer [will show that He] has always been fully aware of them? 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
