The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

OH, the sudden calamity! 1 What is the Clatterer. 2 Would that you knew what the crash is! 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 The mountains like the tufts of carded wool. 5 Then he whose deeds shall weigh heavier in the scale 6 shall live in a life which is pleasing, 7 whereas he whose weight is light in the balance 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 How will you comprehend what that is? 10 A fire hotly burning! 11
