Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the terrible calamity! 2 And what do you know what the Calamity is? 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 The mountains like the tufts of carded wool. 5 Then, he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) heavy, 6 will have a most pleasing life. 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 shall plunge in the womb of the Pit. 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
