The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

By the time of the afternoon! 1 Most surely man is in loss, 2 But not those who themselves believe and work righteous works, and enjoin upon each other the truth, and enjoin upon each other endurance. 3

God the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: The Afternoon (Al-'Asr). Sent down in Mecca after Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh) before The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
