The Elephant (Al-Feel)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

ART THOU NOT aware of how thy Sustainer dealt with the Army of the Elephant? 1 Put He not their stratagem to straying. 2 And He sent against them birds in flocks, 3 which smote them with stones of baked clay, 4 and made them like straw eaten up (by cattle). 5

True are the words of God the Almighty.
