The Elephant (Al-Feel)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Have you not considered how your Lord dealt with the people of the elephant? 1 Put He not their stratagem to straying. 2 And send against them swarms of flying creatures, 3 which smote them with stones of baked clay, 4 and He made them like green blades devoured. 5
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
