Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you considered him who calls the judgment a lie? 1 It is he who turns away the orphan 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the poor, 3 So woe to those who pray 4 but are heedless in their Prayers, 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 Yet refuse small kindnesses! 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
