7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
HAST THOU ever considered [the kind of man] who gives the lie to all moral law? 1 That is he who repelleth the orphan, 2 And encourages not the feeding of the indigent. 3 So woe unto those performers of Salat (prayers) (hypocrites), 4 but whose hearts are not in their prayer. 5 They who would be seen, 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
