Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Beholdest thou him who belieth the Requital? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan 2 and who does not urge the feeding of the poor? 3 Woe to the worshippers 4 but whose hearts are not in their prayer. 5 Who dissimulate 6 and, withal, deny all assistance [to their fellow-men]! 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
