We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 We helped them and they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 And We guided them on the straight path. 118 and perpetuated their praise in later generations. 119 Peace be upon Moses and Aaron. 120 That is how We reward those who do good. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you worship Ba`al and abandon the Best Creator. 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 Except the chosen slaves of Allah. 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 'Peace be upon Elias!' 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 He is truly among Our faithful devotees. 132 Lot was also one of the messengers. 133 We saved him and all his people, 134 Except an old woman (who was) amongst those who tarried. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 And most surely you pass by them in the morning, 137 And by night: will ye not understand? 138
