Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 So, do not be hasty with them. We are counting their number (of days). 84 The day We shall gather the righteous to (Allah) Most Gracious, like a band presented before a king for honours, 85 And drive the wicked into Hell like cattle driven to water, 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from the Most Beneficent (Allah). 87 And they say: the Compassionate hath taken a son. 88 You have uttered a grievous thing 89 Whereby almost the heavens are torn, and the earth is split asunder and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 because they ascribe a son to the Gracious One. 91 When it is not meet for (the Majesty of) the Beneficent that He should choose a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but he shall come to the Most Compassionate Lord as His servant. 93 He has counted them and exactly numbered all; 94 And all of them are coming to Him on the Day of Resurrection alone. 95 Surely (as for) those who believe and do good deeds for them will Allah bring about love. 96 We have made it easy in your own tongue in order that you proclaim the glad tidings to the cautious and give warning to a stubborn nation. 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98
