Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only numbering for them a number. 84 The Day shall soon come when We shall bring together the God-fearing to the Most Compassionate Lord, as honoured guests; 85 and drive the evildoers as herds, into Gehenna 86 They shall not own intercession, excepting those who have taken of the Compassionate a covenant. 87 They claim: "The Most Compassionate Lord has taken a son to Himself." 88 You have indeed advanced something hideous! 89 The heavens are close to being torn apart by it, and the earth being split asunder, and the mountains succumbing and falling down. 90 That they attribute to the Most Merciful a son. 91 When it is not meet for (the Majesty of) the Beneficent that He should choose a son. 92 None is there in the heavens and earth but he comes to the All-merciful as a servant; 93 Verily He encompasses them and has counted them all. 94 And each of them is to come to Him on the Day of Judgment alone. 95 Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - the Most Merciful will appoint for them affection. 96 We have therefore made this Qur’an easy upon your tongue, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) for you to announce glad tidings with it to those who fear, and warn those who are quarrelsome. 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98
