Do not kill your children because you fear poverty. We will provide for you and them. Killing them is a great sin. 31 And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as a way. 32 And do not take a life, which God has forbidden, except in a just cause. We have given the right (of redress) to the heir of the person who is killed, but he should not exceed the limits (of justice) by slaying (the killer), for he will be judged (by the same law). 33 And do not approach the property of an orphan, except in the way that is best, until he reaches maturity. And fulfill [every] commitment. Indeed, the commitment is ever [that about which one will be] questioned. 34 Fill the measure when ye measure, and weigh with a right balance; that is meet, and better in the end. 35 Do not follow what you do not know; the ears, eyes, and hearts will all be held responsible for their deeds. 36 And do not walk haughtily on the earth; you can never split the earth, nor be as high as the hills. 37 All that - its evil is ever, in the sight of your Lord, detested. 38 This is part of the divine revelations of wisdom that your Lord has sent down to you (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him); and O listener, do not set up another God with Allah, for you will then be thrown into hell – rebuked, rebuffed. 39 What! Has your Lord favored you with sons and taken to Himself females from among the angels? Indeed, you utter a monstrous thing! 40
