Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Are you the harder to create or the heaven? He made it. 27 On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection. 28 and darkened its night and brought forth its morning. 29 And after that He spread the earth, 30 He brought forth from it its water and its pasturage. 31 And the mountains He has fixed firmly; 32 an enjoyment for you and your flocks. 33 But when the great disaster cometh, 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 then he who transgressed 37 preferring the present life, 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 But as for he who feared the position of his Lord and prevented the soul from [unlawful] inclination, 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 They question thee of the Hour: when will its arrival be? 42 What concern do you have to speak about that? 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 Thou art but [sent] to warn those who stand in awe of it. 45 The Day they see it, (It will be) as if they had tarried but a single evening, or (at most till) the following morn! 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
