۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 Then Fir'aun (Pharaoh) sent callers to (all) the cities. 53 Most surely these are a small company; 54 "And they are raging furiously against us; 55 seeing that we are, verily, a nation united, fully prepared against danger 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 And treasures and goodly dwellings, 58 Thus [We turned them (Pharaoh's people) out] and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 When the two forces drew within seeing distance of each other, the people of Moses said: "We shall certainly be overtaken." 61 Moses replied: "By no means. My Lord is with me. He will show me the way." 62 Then We inspired Musa (Moses) (saying): "Strike the sea with your stick." And it parted, and each separate part (of that sea water) became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And We brought near, there, the others. 64 and We saved Moses and all who were with him, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 68
