Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
The food of the Zakkum tree 43 is food for the sinner. 44 Like the dregs of all! It shall seethe in the bellies: 45 Like the boiling of hot water. 46 [And the word will be spoken:] "Seize him, [O you forces of hell,] and drag him into the midst of the blazing fire: 47 "Then pour over his head the Penalty of Boiling Water, 48 "Taste it," (they will be told). "You were indeed the mighty and noble! 49 Verily this is that whereof ye were wont to doubt. 50 Verily! The Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise). 51 amid gardens and springs, 52 dressed in silks and brocade, set face to face. 53 Even so; and We shall espouse them to wide-eyed houris, 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in security. 55 They will not taste death again in it, except their former death; and Allah has saved them from the punishment of fire. 56 By the munificence of your Lord; this is the great success. 57 Now We have made it easy by thy tongue, that haply they may remember. 58 Wait thou then; verily they also are waiting. 59
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
