▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But for him who lived in awe of the sublimity of his Lord, there will be two gardens -- 46 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 47 abounding in branches -- 48 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 49 In the two Gardens flow two springs. 50 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 51 In both of them there will be every kind of fruits in pairs. -- 52 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 53 Reclining upon couches lined with silk brocade, the fruit of both the gardens near to hand. 54 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 55 Therein are maidens who restrain their glances, whom neither human nor jinn have touched before. 56 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 57 As though they were rubies and pearls. 58 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 59 What is the reward of virtue except virtue (in return)? 60 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 61 And below them both [in excellence] are two [other] gardens - 62 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 63 Dark-green. 64 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 65 In [each of] these two [gardens] will two springs gush forth. 66 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 67 In both are fruits and palms and pomegranates. 68 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 69 In them will be fair (Companions), good, beautiful;- 70 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 71 [There the blest will live with their] companions pure and modest, in pavilions [splendid] 72 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 73 Whom no man or Jinn before them has touched;- 74 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 75 They will be reclining on plain green and beautifully printed cushions 76 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 77 Blessed be the Name of thy Lord, majestic, splendid. 78

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
