The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the snorting runners (the horses), 1 And striking off fire by dashing their hoofs. 2 rushing to assault at morn, 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 Arriving thereby in the center collectively, 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 And verily, he is violent in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ So does he not know? When those in the graves are raised, 9 And the secrets of the hearts exposed, 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
