Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay! I swear by that which you see, 38 And what you do not see 39 [That] indeed, the Qur'an is the word of a noble Messenger. 40 It is not the speech of a poet (little do you believe) 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 43 And if the messenger were to invent any sayings in Our name, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand 45 then We would surely have cut his life-vein 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 And indeed this Qur’an is an advice for the pious. 48 And verily We! We know that some among you are beliers thereof. 49 And indeed it (this Quran) will be an anguish for the disbelievers (on the Day of Resurrection). 50 And verily it is the truth of assured certainty. 51 So glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
