Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
I swear by that which ye see. 38 And by whatsoever you see not, 39 That this is indeed the word of the noble Messenger, 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little do you believe. 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little is it that you mind. 42 [it is] a revelation from the Sustainer of all the worlds. 43 Now if he [whom We have entrusted with it] had dared to attribute some [of his own] sayings unto Us, 44 We should certainly seize him by his right hand, 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein. 46 and not one of you would have been able to withhold Us from doing so. 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 And most surely We know that some of you are rejecters. 49 But truly (Revelation) is a cause of sorrow for the Unbelievers. 50 And Verily, it (this Quran) is an absolute truth with certainty. 51 Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 52
True are the words of God the Almighty.
