The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
I CALL TO witness the Fig and the Olive, 1 and the Mount Sinai 2 And by this city of security (Makkah). 3 We have indeed created man in the best of moulds, 4 We then turned him towards all the lowest of the low states. 5 Except for those who believe and do righteous deeds, for they will have a reward uninterrupted. 6 Then what (or who) causes you (O disbelievers) to deny the Recompense (i.e. Day of Resurrection)? 7 Is not Allah the Greatest of all sovereigns? 8
