And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 And We supported them so it was they who overcame. 116 And We gave them the explicit Scripture, 117 And showed them the right path. 118 and left them thus to be remembered among later generations: 119 'Peace be upon Moses and Aaron' 120 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 121 Lo! they are two of Our believing slaves. 122 And lo! Elias was of those sent (to warn), 123 Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 124 Do you call upon Baal and forsake the Best of the Creators? 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 Then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up. 127 Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them). 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 "Peace and salutation to such as Elias!" 130 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 Then We totally destroyed the others. 136 And surely ye pass by them in the morning. 137 and at night.
