The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The Calamity! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 And what will make you know what the striking (Hour) is? 3 It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, 4 And the mountains shall become as wool carded, 5 Then as for him whose balances are heavy, 6 He will live a pleasant life. 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 His dwelling shall be the Abyss. 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 It is a blazing fire. 11
