When Moses said to his servant (Joshua): "I will not give up till I reach the confluence of two oceans, or I will journey on and on." 60 When they reached the confluence they forgot the fish (they had brought as food) which swiftly made its way into the sea. 61 And when they had gone further, he said unto his servant: Bring us our breakfast. Verily we have found fatigue in this our journey. 62 He said, 'What thinkest thou? When we took refuge in the rock, then I forgot the fish-and it was Satan himself that made me forget it so that I should not remember it -- and so it took its way into the sea in a manner marvellous.' 63 [Moses] said, "That is what we were seeking." So they returned, following their footprints. 64 Then they found one of Our slaves, unto whom We had bestowed mercy from Us, and whom We had taught knowledge from Us. 65 Moses said to him: "May l follow you that you may teach me something of the wisdom which you have been taught?" 66 He said: Surely you cannot have patience with me 67 For how can you patiently bear with something you cannot encompass in your knowledge?" 68 "You will find me patient if God wills," said Moses; "and I will not disobey you in any thing." 69 He said: Well, if thou go with me, ask me not concerning aught till I myself make mention of it unto thee. 70
