Indeed the tree of Zaqqum, – 43 Is the food of the sinners. 44 like the dregs of oil, it shall boil in their bellies, 45 Like the boiling of hot water. 46 (A voice will cry: "Seize ye him and drag him into the midst of the Blazing Fire! 47 Then pour unto their heads the boiling water to torment them". 48 Taste thou! thou art indeed mighty, honoured! 49 This is the torment that you persistently doubted". 50 The pious ones will be in a secure place 51 Among Gardens and Springs; 52 Dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, they will face each other; 53 Thus (shall it be), and We will wed them with Houris pure, beautiful ones. 54 They will call therein for every [kind of] fruit - safe and secure. 55 They will not taste death therein, except the first death; and He will preserve them from the torment of the Flaming Fire. 56 as an act of grace. That will be the supreme triumph. 57 So have We made it easy in your tongue that they may be mindful. 58 So wait thou [for what the future will bring]: behold, they, too, are waiting. 59
